Yes, if you want to be in th 1st place and not lose property to someone else. A hold fee secures the property for 2 weeks. If you are denied it is fully refundable. If you change your mind it is not refundable

Yes, every person 18 years or older needs to fill out and pay the application fee of $50.

Yes, a security deposit is required for all properties and is based on your application score. We also offer security deposit alternatives to help keep move-in costs lower for those that need it

Do i need Renters Liability Insurance
Renters Liability Insurance is required but it is included in our Resident Benefit Package. We cover $100,000 liability and $10,000 personal property coverage.
